• Is there a subscription to cancel

  No. Mastering Grok is a single payment on Gumroad with lifetime access, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.

• I was charged twice

  Send us the email on your Gumroad receipt and the date. Gumroad took the payment, and we will sort out any duplicate with them. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.

• I cannot sign in

  Sign in with the email and password you chose when you created the account. If you forgot the password, send us a message from this page with the account email.

• I want my account deleted

  Open Account and submit a deletion request. The account and its support messages are removed within 7 days. Deleting does not refund a purchase, so ask for a refund first if you want one.
