Privacy policy

What we collect

If you create an account, we store the name and email you give us, plus a password hash. We store the licence key you redeem to unlock the course, and messages you send from the support page, including deletion requests, and the time you sent them.

Lesson progress, quiz scores, notes, and the capstone draft stay in this browser. They are not sent to the account unless you paste them into a support message.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising profiles. We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. The course is a one-time purchase on Gumroad, which processes the payment, issues the receipt and licence key, and handles VAT under its own policies.

Session

A signed-in session uses a cookie so the browser can stay signed in. In some embedded previews the session is held for that tab instead. Signing out ends the session we control.

Children

The course is written for adults learning a work tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

Deletion

From your account page you can submit a deletion request. We delete the account record and the support messages tied to it within 7 days. Progress stored only in the browser is cleared on that device when you submit the request. Deleting the account removes your unlock on this site; it does not refund a purchase. Ask for a refund through the support page or Gumroad.

Privacy questions go through the support page, which requires a signed-in account so the request stays attached to you. The course is published by Zirlandia Milkovic, who is responsible for this data. You can also write to hello@aimadesimple.me.
